How can I reserve a vehicle at Rental EcoCar?

Reserving your vehicle at Rental EcoCar is simple and flexible. You can do it comfortably through our website, calling us by phone or sending us a message on WhatsApp.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car with us, you will need to present your passport or national identification card, a valid driving license that is at least 2 years old, and a credit or debit card in the driver’s name.

Is there an age limit to rent a vehicle?

Yes, to ensure safety and compliance with our policies, rental is available to drivers between 26 and 80 years old.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation after making it?

You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability of the new vehicle. We offer free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. For late cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply.

Can I rent a car with an international driver's license?

Of course, if you have a valid international driving license, you can rent a car with us, as long as you present it along with your national driving license.
